All items will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days from order and packaged safely by Cuteandclay using eco friendly materials or recycling packing materials. If there is any delay in shipping you will get an email. You will be notified of updates and tracking information when it becomes available. Standard rates are based on USPS Flat Rate Boxes and will come with tracking information. If you would like to pick up an order at a market please select local pick up or hand delivery when checking out! Larger orders might be packaged separately if necessary for safe shipment.
I am not responsible for missed deliveries or stolen parcels. In the case that a failed delivery attempt gets returned to Cute and Clay, you will be given the choice to recieve a refund (excluding shipping costs) or be charged for reshipment.

At this time because of Covid restrictions and pricing of international shipping Cute and Clay is not currently able to provide international shipping. In the future, this is liable to change.
Cute and Clay is happy to offer refunds if you aren’t happy with your order. Refunds will only be available on returned items that are not broken or items broken during shipping that are not being replaced. Email [email protected] with proof of damage in order to receive a replacement or refund within 20 days of purchase. If your order got lost in the mail you can also email me to see what we can do about your order!
In order to receive your refund, simply email me at [email protected] repackage the item you wish to return( you can use the same box but please try to repack the box well!), and ship it to the address that will be provided for you via email. Upon receiving the returned item, a refund will be sent out as well as compensation for shipping costs.
If broken in shipment coming back there will be only partial refund to none depending on way it is shipped back.
Please provide a screenshot or picture proof of shipping costs for returning the item.
Refunds will not be available for discounted or sale items. Refunds on custom orders are not available if item has names or is something too specific to resell. Example: a custom order piece of a pet with their name on it or a mug with your wedding date.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking on it.
